Founded in 2004 and incorporated as a company in 2007, Cian Technologies Inc. started as a very small web hosting provider through its PolurNET Communications brand (today known as polur.net), with the mission of providing knowledgeable and hands-on technical support to its clients. Unlike the incumbents at the time, when the internet was still in its relative infancy, Cian Technologies was focused on delivering top-notch support at the inexpensive prices that customers expected.
